I recieved a $100 gift card from my brother for x-mas this year. I wanted to buy something online and they wouldn’t accept the gift card. So my brother asked for the money back from the gift card. He was told they don’t refund the giftcard. They don’t give you the change from the card so just buying a cheap item and getting the money back that way was out of the deal. So after bitching at them at 2 differnt stores they finally gave the money back on the useless giftcard! I then went to A-Power and bought my dvd burner as thats what the card was meant to buy me. I found the guys at A-power to be more informed in the stuff they sold me. So if i need anything for my computers I go to A-Power

You could have easily purchased online and then picked the unit up at the store and got the CSR to refund your money and use the GC

well your obviously a somewhat ignorant person. you didn’t even bother to spell your title correctly…
if the card didnt work online, you did it wrong
if it didnt work in store then one of the seasonal staff that they hire tons of at christmas probably wasnt taught how yet. you cant expect everone to know everything right away. if you asked for help you wouldve got it.
