My Apologies to those of you who have been mentally harmed by Future Shop. But Consider this…The average foot traffic through the door on any given day to any given Future Shop is around 2000 people (This is a modest count for most stores), Multiply that by 110+ stores across canada and you get a whole lota customers – Most of them are actually happy customers who have had truly positive experiences at the stores. Compared to the 14 people who have commented on this site in the last 6 months, I’d say they are doing a pretty good job. I wish I could direct you to the site the company uses to post both positive and negative feedback from customers. Most of it is positive – all of it is taken very seriously.Nobody remembers the good experiences they have- Much like the media rarely report on positive issues. We are a society of blood lovers; we frown upon successful companies and people. It seems the more we can bitch about something, the better. I can’t tell you the number of times I have been yelled at by customers who were in the wrong, just because they think they can. I’m sorry you have had poor experiences at Future Shop, Obviously, like in most companies, there are people who get through the cracks and can ruin the image for an entire company. I can assure you that Future Shop is a company focused on Customer Service, as well as Charity and Developing their associates. I no longer work for the company, but I will always be a customer < Even without the discount>
