I understand certain people frustration with issue when purchasing something, but people have to understand that with so many store and people going in and buying product, and want to be free of returning it or even get it repair, when it actually out of Future Shop either warranty or return policy……..FutureShop try to resolve everyone issue in a prompt and efficient matter, but theirs always people that thing cause they are demanding we have to obey and do what they want……unfortunatly it is not possible….Any question feel free to ask!
