You want to know, exactly how it is run, just ask I can provide some information, that can be helpfull to customer…The Call Centre – Customer Service is not run by FUTURESHOP, directly it is a 3rd parties, that get paid on every call they received, therefore making people call more often, and delaying the process of any order or issue with customer…More calls, more money. and this is done in purpose, and other fact, they are hiding this from futureshop.Cheeze! If the BIG BOSS new about that….I wonder what will he say?
