All i have to say is anyone that comes on here sticking up for futureshop are complete idiots and are probably reading these at their job(aka Futureshop) because they don’t do dick all when they’re at work and don’t care about customers-just their commission-I used to work at futureshop(merch) and the salesmen there sat on their asses most of the time and only got up to help a customer if they knew they’d be getting lots of commission-most of them don’t even believe in psp,they just sell it cause thats what they get the most commission on-they don’t give a shit if it has to get repaired and frankly neither do the technicians-they’re getting paid anyways so they think-why rush on fixing this laptop…lets sit on our asses and go on the futureshopsucks website and see what bad things people are saying about us-I know all the bad shit that goes on at futureshop that customers don’t-to everyone that still shops there-don’t buy PSP-cause they won’t replace it-they’ll ship it out to god knows where-and when it comes back they’ll make up some excuse saying that its physical damage and that the customer has to pay for the repair-most of the time it doesn’t even come back repaired-maybe even more damaged because it doesn’t get wrapped up well when it gets sent out…and in the few times that it does get replaced-they give you an open box model and they make you buy a whole other psp for it and say that the contract has been fulfilled-even if you have 3 years remaining-the salespeople don’t even know what they’re selling and they lie to the customers to get as much commission as they can by telling them that if theres anything wrong with it,they’ll give you a brand new one if you have psp-well thats a bunch of bs—well i hope you fs employees are reading this now cause i’m sure everyone else on this site will agree with me when i say fuck you and get back to work,bitches.
