I can sympathize with some of the issues on the site but I am dumbfounded how some costumers are ignorant and naive. Couple of years ago i purchased appliances at Future Shop in Montreal, before my purchase i shopped around  to check out the competition and realized FS was offering the best prices and the best extended warranty service. I was hesitant on purchasing the PSP because it was a bit expensive but i didn’t want to take a chance if my products broke in the next 5 yrs. Before purchasing from them i did read the PSP pamphlet the salesperson had previously given it to me , when i  purchased the products i knew what i was getting into.  recently my fridge was defective and kept freezing everything so i called the 1800  number,like i was told to and they sent some technician to repair it.. I was annoyed because i lost so much food so they told me they will send me a 200$ check for my loss. Now my fridge works well and im very happy with their service.My point is that their PSP is not to scam the costumers its to extend their waranty and repair your products. Since this site is to educate comsumers, as some of u replied in your arguments, I’m here to educate smart consumers that whenever u purchase products from big corporations like this one, you need to research before ur purchase (if your going to spend thousands of $$) and at the end you wont get screwed and make up a site to let your anger out..
