okkk fine i understand once in a while we get bad service BUT its common sense to bring a return or an exchange and have all the accessories u get in the freaking box. When u lease a car do u bring it back with no carpets cuz u decide to keep it for fun ..of course they will charge u for it cuz its theirs. And i’ve never heard in my life that a repair will take a week especially if we’re sending it to TORONTO, we dont ship each product one by one every day ..does that make sense it will cost us thousands if we do that… And we give u pamphlets of the extended warranty for a REASON for u to read that and understand every little detail, its not our fault if u rather spend ur time wasting on complaining and making up stupid web sites like this.  Another thing if u buy for example a tv in 2001 that was worth 5000$ and 5 yrs later it breaks and they decide to exchange it, its just logical we will give u something equivelant with the characteristics u had on ur old tv,  we wont give u a tv worth 5000$ because 5 yrs later tvs evolve and that wont be equivalent, so stop saying i paid this much bla bla bla hello its just common sense… I love working at FS but i hate it when stupid customers come and waste our time with their lies to get free things out of us or a new product, thats just sad.. GOOD DAYYYYYYp.s. we dont care if u purchased for thousands of $$$ at FS, very bad argument
