So, I get a letter from Future Shop in response to my complaint that I posted earlier on this site under “The Unprofessionalism of Future Shop” (see below)! It is a form letter that doesn’t have a human name nor a signature, just the words “Customer Support, Future Shop Canadian Headquarters” (I am starting to think that FS is run by cyborgs or aliens!). Anyway, the letter promises an investigation of my complaint and a response within 30 days. Well, I’m not holding my breath! Here is the letter just for kicks (make sure that IF you receive bad service, write a complaint and forward it to proper channels as I have done in my original letter):———————–LETTER BEGINS———————–April 28, 2006Dear Ahmed Al Saadi,Thank you for your letter dated April 15, 2006 received in our office on April 27, 2006.Please be advised that your concerns have been forwarded for investigation nad you will receive a response by telephone, email or letter within 30 days.We appreciate your patronage and your time in outlining this experience so that we are better prepared to continuously improve the product and service we offer our customers.Sincerely,Customer SupportFuture Shop Canadian Headquarters———————–LETTER ENDS————————-

Futureshop has a new way to scam consumer.
On Nov. 18, 2006 I purchased a lap top for $ 1,117.18
3 weeks later i received the statement the cost for the lap top cost me
$ 1131.54 the difference of $ 14.36. I call Futureshop customer service representatives regarding the dispute on the charges of
$14.36 they say i had sign up for future guard plan, and i will be charges $ 14.36 every month. I told them i did not sign up for future guard plan. after that they say they will cancel it for me and they
gave me the confirmation # one week after I call the customer service
representative to confirm is the charges been cancel. They said i did not request to remove the future guard plan, they said nothing they can do. I was so mad a them i hang up, and i email my concern to the
head quarter and there respond is We were pleased to receive your inquiry in regards to Future Guard. We
have determined that you can contact the Future Shop credit card
department at 1-877-608-6812 and the customer service will gladly assist
you further with your inquiry.
I need some professional advised can any one help me.
