well so far just about everything i have read on this site has some truth to it.

Managers at future shop push their young salesmen to BRAINWASH the customer into buying warrenty, even if they know the item main issue with the product isnt covered in their “psp”.
I remember when i worked there, they hired a lumberjack looking car audio installer, with sure enough a anger problem. One nice day I was on break and i wanted to go talk to my room mate whom i got hired in the install bay. I wanted to talk to him about why there was a whole in the wall at home. this anger filled installer who my room mate worked with got all in my face an wanted to fight, i had been with FS for a year and a half and wasn’t about to fight some rookie installer because i was having a discussion with my roomie. so i walked away, i then got smoked in the side of the head. still did nothing, told management. they said theyd talk to him and if something like that happened again let them know and theyd get rid of him (as they also knew he had anger issues ((why did they hire him ??))…) a couple weeks later i walked into fs and the guy started pushing me around and punched me in the stommach, so again i just smiled at him and said “your done now”. I went to the office, reported it and sure enough… we both got fired. I didnt throw a punch, i didnt agrovate him i spent a year and a half with this company and got fired with some 3 week new installer
i could probably type all day telling horror stories of future shop but i dont wanna waste my time…
