Yes, that is what they do! I talked to an ex futureshop employee and he said they give you the runaround, let you wait long times in the store, don&#039;t answer phones, promise to call back and so on. Just to make you go away. They want to deal with sales and sales only. Returns and customer complaints is a waste of time.

Mobile Audio is just a
spy working for Future Shop and properly paid to defend Future Shop and criticize anyone post something here expressing their frustration for Future Shop.

He left many many comments defending Future Shop on Nov 27&#039;09 around 6 to 7pm, and told those people who expressed their frustration here that they were wrong.


Some of his example posts are as follows:-

the product expert should have explained to you that it only covers power surge not physical/water damage but it is also your responsibility to ask the questions you arent clear on, the PE’s already know physical damage isnt covered so they might have slipped up and didnt tell you assuming you already knew

all you have to do is tell your DSM i want a break, you’re entitled to a lunch break as well as another 15 minute break, but future shop is commision based so unless it is extremely dead you should want to stay out on the floor for as long as possible to boost your numbers. and you probably didnt do very well in COE with that kind of motivation

good thing the warranty was included, i encourage almost everyone to buy the PSP or PRP as it is a fraction of the cost of the product itself, why risk spending your hard earned money when you can just spend a little bit extra and get the products repaired or replaced

Post  title                    I’ve never been so frustrated or angry.
what they should have done at the time of the computer error is void the payment, all the cashier had to do was press one button and it automatically sends the report to your credit card company who gets it instantaniously, then they can fix the computer or switch to a new one.
