I&#039;m glad to hear that you got your product.  After many many attempts for Future Shop to give me the product I ordered (which failed) and the last attempt to apply the previous discount on a new order, I received the following email (after being promised that I would be credited the difference): &quot;We have received a credit escalation on your behalf regarding your Futureshop.ca order  requestion a price match to a previous sale price.  We cannot adjust the prices of items on an in-store pickup and cannot accomodate this request.  Any requests for adjustments in pricing will need to be brought to the attention of the representative you speak with when you go to pick up the item in-store.  We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for shopping with Future Shop.&quot;

I&#039;m so completely disgusted with the lies I received from one rep after another and then the conclusion after I thought I finally made headway on something that is rightfully mine (since the order went through), is that they won&#039;t offer me the discount on a new order that amazingly their system is willing to accept (of course at full price), completely blows me away..what pathetic and rude service.  I hope that one day Future Shop pays dearly for their faults.

Neither of us mentioned anything about a shipping address..and for me, it was a store pickup, which of course doesn&#039;t have anything to do with billing and shipping addresses.  You pay with your credit card when you show up to pick up the merchandise.</description>

		<description>As with most online retailers if you&#039;re shipping address is different from the one on your credit card then the retailer suspends the transaction in order to verify. It&#039;s done to protect you from identity theft and people ordering stuff with your card and having it shipped to them.

Seems like there are issues (the shipping one is your fault), you called Future Shop, and they corrected them. It&#039;s obviously gonna take some time to communicate the issue to them, have them check and verify things on their end, and then have them fix the issue.</description>

		<description>I just went through an eerily similar experience, wow!! I&#039;m working on my 6th customer service rep (including a couple of emails in the middle) to clear up an issue very similar to yours.  On Dec. 23rd, I placed an order for a new cordless home phone.  There was a great deal on - $30 off.  I arranged for an in-store pickup.  Well, I never received the email to come pick it up so I stopped by the store.  The employees seemed confused, and unhelpful.  One guy said that I needed to be patient as there was the Christmas and New Year&#039;s rush and they weren&#039;t dealing with online orders at that time.  Fine, so I left.  I called Future Shop&#039;s customer service support line and was told that they were waiting to see if my credit card cleared before sending the product to the store.  Fine.  I believed this idiot.  It turns out that that was a lie since they don&#039;t charge you until you pick up the item!  I called again, the next lady said that it had only just been sent to the store in early Jan and would not be ready for pickup until the 9th.  I still didn&#039;t receive the pickup email.  I called again, this time I received a girl who gave the &#039;illusion&#039; of being helpful.  She stated that the other reps had told me bogus information that wasn&#039;t true and that when FutureShop&#039;s system closed down for the holidays (for online ordering), they lost my order.  She was very sympathetic and stated that if I reorder the item, she would go into the system and give me the discount on the new item.  Well guess what?! gee, what a surprise, her accessibility into the system kept getting denied, so she couldn&#039;t log in to give me the discount.  Problem is, I now have an email saying that I&#039;m able to go pick up the full priced phone as it&#039;s in stock.  This doesn&#039;t sit well for me, so I called again.  Today the rep informed me that all I need to do is go to the store and they&#039;ll give me the product if I show them the email.  Righhhhtttt...remember idiots that I didn&#039;t get the stupid email!  I told her, &quot;look, just apply the discount to the new order and cancel the old one, it&#039;s in stock, I can pick it up tomorrow but I want my discount&quot;.  She did a lot of clicking, said she logged in and applied the discount but the system wouldn&#039;t show it until later...well it&#039;s later and guess what?? no discount.  What a surprise.  So I&#039;m going to attempt to go into the store with the idiots that work there and explain to them how to give me a discount on an item no longer marked as being on sale, with no pickup confirmation email to show, just an order # and tell them that I&#039;m not interested in purchasing the same item for full price that I just re-ordered.  If that doesn&#039;t confuse them, I don&#039;t know what will.  Future Shop&#039;s attitude is to pass the problem to the next guy and no one is willing to step up and solve this stupid f*#!! mess.  I will NEVER buy form these idiots again.  

I wish they could get reprimanded for this but they get away with it and they will do it to someone else too.</description>
